- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Beckley Road branch of Kellogg Credit Union has terrible customer service! I like KCFCU but I refuse to go to the Beckley Road location. The tellers are rude and very unhelpful. The mortgage department is incompetent as well. Trying to get information for mortgages is vitrually impossible. This is not a reflection of knowledge or lack of, it is just plain laziness and an extreme lack of consideration for the customer. On a different note, the downtown branch is WONDERFUL. The staff is excellant! Beckley Rd. branch can learn a thing or two from the downtown branch.By jim krakowski, August 12, 2017
